On December 18, 1984, the Board of Supervisors modified the policy regarding the consumption of alcoholic beverages in county facilities. The new policy restricts the consumption of alcoholic beverages in county facilities so that only beer and wine can be consumed and only with the prior approval of the County Manager or the appropriate Department Head.
