The County of San Mateo’s Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP) addresses the hazards known to be associated with the four types of workplace violence as defined by Labor Code § 6401.9. The WVPP complements existing anti-violence policies by laying out more specifically the steps to identify, report, track, and analyze violent incidents to reduce the likelihood of re-occurrence. Download a copy of the WVPP from the County Intranet at: https://smcgov.sharepoint.com/sites/safety-ergo/SitePages/Workplace-Violence-Prevention-Plan(1).aspx
