Section 47. Miscellaneous

1. Workers who are required by the Department to obtain a Class A or Class B license will be reimbursed for the cost of the license fee.  Additionally, the employee will be afforded reasonable time to obtain the required physical exam and the required DMV test on County time.
2. Direct Deposit shall be mandatory for all employees hired after October 30, 1999.
