Management 01. Definition

“Management” shall mean employees in positions so designated by the Human
Resources Director consistent with the Employer-Employee Relations Policy and
including elective officers. However, all provisions regarding salary, special
compensation during employment and paid leave do not apply to elective officers
unless otherwise specified. This Resolution does not apply to Court or Extra Help
employees.
