PDA MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

The San Mateo County Probation and Detention Association and representatives of the County of San Mateo have met and conferred in good faith regarding wages, hours and other terms and conditions, have exchanged freely information, opinions, and proposals and have endeavored to reach agreement on all matters relating to the employment conditions and employer-employee relations of such employees. This Memorandum of Understanding is entered into pursuant to the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act (Government Code Sections 3500 et seq) and has been jointly prepared by the parties. This MOU shall be presented to the County Board of Supervisors and if appropriate to the Civil Service Commission as the joint recommendations of the undersigned for salary and employee benefit adjustments for the period commencing May 29, 2022, and ending May 17, 2025.
