DSA 34.2 Retirement COLA
All employees subject to this MOU hired on or after January 8, 2012 will pay fifty percent (50%) of the Retirement COLA cost as determined by SamCERA. Effective the first full pay period in July of 2016, all employees, regardless of plan or hire date, will pay a COLA cost share equal to fifty percent (50%) of the retirement COLA costs as determined by SamCERA.
