PDA 3. No Discrimination

There shall be no discrimination because of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, legitimate union activities, or any protected class as set forth in Section 2 of the EEO policy or protected by law at the time of the grievance, against any worker or applicant for employment by the Union or by the County or by anyone employed by the County. To the extent prohibited by applicable state and federal law, there shall be no discrimination against any disabled person solely because of such disability unless that disability prevents the person from adequately performing the essential duties of the position.
