The goal of the Repetetive Stress Injury Prevention Program (RSIGuard) is to help prevent or manage computer related injuries. The County is offering RSIGuard to employees as a benefit in an effort encourage healthy work habits. As such, RSIGuard is not considered a disciplinary tool to be used by supervisors forĀ  monitoring quantity of work, but it can be used as a tool to ensure that those with computer work restrictions are abiding by their restrictions.
