Can supervisors access the RSI Report to assist in gaging and monitoring staff activities?

The goal of the Repetetive Stress Injury Prevention Program (RSIGuard) is to help prevent or manage computer related injuries. The County is offering RSIGuard to employees as a benefit in an effort encourage healthy work habits. As such, RSIGuard is not considered a disciplinary tool to be used by supervisors forĀ  monitoring quantity of work, but it can be used as a tool to ensure that those with computer work restrictions are abiding by their restrictions.Read More →
