Coverage Employees shall be covered by life insurance and accidental death insurance as follows: The County shall provide Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) of life insurance for each employee. The County shall provide Five Hundred Dollars ($500) of life insurance for the employee’s spouse and up to a maximum of Five Hundred ($500) of life insurance for each of the employee’s children depending on ages.
