This MOU shall be presented by the Union to the employees to be covered hereby for ratification by said employees, and shall thereafter be presented to the Board of Supervisors and, if appropriate, to the Civil Service Commission as the joint recommendations of the undersigned for salary and employee benefit adjustments for the period commencing October 3, 2021 – October 5, 2024.
